Ski rental Plagne Soleil / Plagne Village
La Plagne is one of the most beautiful French resorts. Perched at an altitude of 2,050 metres, in the Tarentaise valley, the resort promises to be a great place to spend your holidays.
La Plagne is a unique place, tailored to each holidaymaker, group of friends or family. Linked to Les Arcs by the Vanoise Express cable car, La Plagne and its neighbouring resort form the Paradiski ski area.
Ski area focus
The area links Les Arcs, La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry, Montchavin, Champagny-en-Vanoise, Les Coches and Montalbert with 425km of pistes. With 153 slopes, the area is very large and offers something for everyone, with slopes ranging from green to black, snow parks and off-piste areas.
The La Plagne area alone has almost 225 kilometres of pistes, which is more than enough. In addition to the slopes, which are aimed at skiers and snowboarders of all levels, La Plagne has several special features, aimed at the more daring. It is the only resort in Paradiski to have a half-pipe, allowing you to do the craziest tricks. Another special feature is that La Plagne has the only bobsleigh track in France. It is 1,800 metres long with 19 turns and was built for the Albertville Winter Olympics.
The resort is ideal for families. Children will be able to enjoy beginners' areas as well as kid parks with a variety of activities that will make their days magical and lively. GO Sport Montagne is present in Plagne Soleil / Plagne Village with Plagne Sport and Skiset Le Cervin, partner shops that will welcome you warmly to equip you with the best equipment.
La Plagne Village and La Plagne Soleil are the two most recent districts of the resort and are ideally located right next to the slopes at an altitude of 2,050 metres. The first was built in 1972, transforming the resort, adapting to the curves of the terrain, while the second was built in the early 1990s. Both villages have Savoyard-style residences and chalets and are family-friendly. The resorts are linked to the other villages of La Plagne by buses and shuttles.
When you leave the slopes, you will be faced with a wide range of restaurants. Savoyard culinary specialities are highlighted with the triptych: raclette, fondue, tartiflette. For those who want to relax with a good drink, several bars are available and always with a warm atmosphere. For those who like to party, there are nightclubs in the other villages, accessible by shuttle bus.
La Plagne Soleil/ Plagne Village is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday with family and friends. GO Sport Montagne will support you throughout the week by offering you quality service.
