ACTIVITIES IN VAL D'ALLOS

To ensure the whole family can have fun on the slopes, the Val d'Allos ski area is made up of 64 runs (40 runs in La Foux d'Allos and 24 in Seignus), and boasts many different activities on offer besides skiing – included with your ski pass purchase at no additional cost. The more adventurous should ski at La Foux where there are more red and black runs than at Le Seignus.

The ESF (French Ski School), Allos Le Seignus and Val d'Allos ESF at La Foux offer all-inclusive "relay ski" packages – a single package of ski lessons, ski lifts and daycare passes for children.

 

VAL D’ALLOS RESORT

Val d'Allos is located in the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence, in the Pelat and Trois-Evêchés mountains. The village of Allos is perched at 1800 metres above sea level and is home to two resorts: La Foux d'Allos and Le Seignus. The ski area of La Foux d'Allos starts at 1760 metres above sea level and rises to 2575 metres. Whereas Le Seignus resort starts at 1500 metres and tops out at 2400 metres. Le Seignus is a village resort connected by cable car to the village of Allos, and La Foux d'Allos is connected to the Pra-Loup station.

When you’re at the top of the slopes, take a moment to appreciate the exceptional view of the Mercantour National Park.

 

GETTING TO THE RESORT

By car: 130km from Nice and 220km from Marseille.

By plane: fly to Marseille or Nice airport.

By train: get off at Digne les Bains station (80km) then rent a car or take the bus to the resort.

By bus: From the Digne les Bains train station, travel to Thorame and then take the connection to Val d'Allos. From Nice, take the train to Thorame station and then take the bus.
