Ski resort Information

In the heart of the Pyrenees, in Andorra, Pas de La Case enjoys maximum sunshine and a generous amount of snow. Holidaymakers appreciate its originality, tax-free shopping and its advantageous position between France and Spain in an extraordinary natural setting. The Pas de La Case ski resort is connected to the Grandvalira ski area. It will be open from November to April.

Ski area focus

The main advantage of the Pas de la Case ski resort is its privileged location in the most important ski area of the Pyrenees. Extending over a drop of 930m (from 1710m to 2640m) and occupying most of northeast Andorra, there are a total of 110 marked ski trails (193km long), including 18 green, 38 blue, 32 red and 22 black. These offer a breathtaking panorama for athletes of all levels. Although the climate and altitude practically guarantee quality snow cover, there are more than 1000 snow cannons to make absolutely sure! 67 ski lifts ensure a return ski back to the resort is possible. The Pas de la Case ski area has 3 snowparks (El Tarter, Xavi and Peretol), a boardercross course and three circuits for children (Mont Magic, Imaginarium and Bababoom). More experienced skiers can descend the black runs in ideal conditions while beginners make their first turns at the bottom of the field on broad gentle slopes. Within the Grandvalira ski area there are also freeride areas (for intermediate skiers and above).

Off-ski activities

If you're not looking to ski at Pas de la Case, or want to add some extra activities to your itinerary, the resort has plenty to offer. Why not venture out into the Pyrenees on a snowshoe hike, where many marked trails welcome lovers of open spaces. Dog sledding, snowmobiling, tubing and zip-lining are also on offer, and you can even opt to spend the night in an an igloo hotel. Whether you're in search of a thrill or need time out to relax, the Pas de la Casa ski resort has something for everyone. So you can shop in the lovely tax-free shops, dine in excellent restaurants with local flavors, and relax in one of the many wellness centers in the area on any given day.
